Shipping & Returns
Do you offer Free Shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping on all order over €50. We always ship our photography prints free of charge.
Where do you ship?
We ship within the EU, Iceland and Liechtenstein.
What shipping carriers do you use?
We ship with DHL Paket international and their climate neutral GO Green programme.
When can I expect to receive my order?
Orders are sent within 1-4 working days after the order is received. Standard delivery times to Gemany are 2-5 working days and within EU 3-10 working day.
What's your return policy?
If you're not satisfied, please fill out the returns form and send back your item/s within 14 days at your own cost. To be eligible for a return, your item/s must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The hang-tag should still be attached to the garment. We do not offer returns on photography prints unless damaged upon arrival.
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, Sofort, Bancontact, eps-Überweisung and iDEAL.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes! We offer Gift cards to the value of €10, €25, €50 and €100 and they are valid 5 years from date of purchase.

Can you send a priceless gift receipt?
You will receive a reciept automatically after your purchase. We do not send receipts together with the order.
I would like to return an item gifted to me, how do I do that?
Because we are a small business and don't sell our products elsewhere, it will not be a big problem tracing the order. Contact firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll try and sort this out.
How can I donate my gently used Snella products?
We highly value our products being used by many children over many years. When outgrown - hand down to siblings, give to friends or bring them to a clothes donations bin. We can also take care of your used Snella items for re-selling, up-cycling and recycling in return for store credit, read more about our take back scheme here.
Where are garments made?
We make our products as locally as possible in the EU. Our accessories are all made in Berlin, Germany and the Beetle's collection is made in Poland. Our T-shirts and sweatshirts are decorated in Berlin and produced in Bangladesh. We aim to make all our garments in Berlin in the near future. We source materials made in Europe.
What type of dyes do you use?
We prefer to digitally print rather than dying. Our rib fabric, t-shirts and sweatshirts are dyed in complience to OEKO-TEX Standard 100 and Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS).
Are garments 100% organic cotton?
We only source fabrics and clothes that are made from organic cotton and comply with Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS). Our rib includes 4% elastane and our sweatshirts include 15% recycled polyester. We work hard every day reducing the use of plastics, with a vision to offer childrens wear free from polyester and elastane. Today we already choose corozo nut buttons instead of plastic and natural rubber elastics bands instead of elastane.
What is Organic Cotton?
What are the benefits? Organic cotton is a GMO-free fibre that uses less water than standard cotton. No fertilisers nor pesticides are involved in the production. The rotation of crops maintains a more healthy, humid, and fertile soil, and the waste from this type of cotton production is recycled and can feed animals. It will biodegrade fully over time when knitted without blended with polyester or elastane.
Do you offer Wholesale?
We only produce limited amounts of our clothes and accessories and keep very little in stock. We primaraly focus on selling directly to end consumers (B2C) as making faire, natural and small scale costs a lot. Do you sell your products in stores?
How do I determine my child's size?
Check our size charts if you are unsure and compare with your childs measurments. If you are in doubt, we recommend going up one size. All fabrics, even ours, shrink a small bit when washing, which is good to have in mind when choosing the right size. Acceptable shrinkage is 5% when washed according to our recommendations.
Sales and promotion
Which items are excluded from sales and promotions?
We rarely have any sales or promotions. If we do we mention in detail which products are included in the promtion.
Can I use more than one promotion code?
No, it is not possible to combine promotion codes with other codes or discounts.
