I'm incredibly pleased that you have chosen to shop at Snella and hope that you will be happy with your purchase for years to come. But sometimes you have a change of heart, you're just not satisfied or sometimes, things just go wrong. No worries, I'm here to help and make your returns hustle-free.
Please note that the limited edition fine art prints are non-refundable unless damaged upon arrival. The prints are fragile and damage easily, so please do handle them with the greatest of care when unpacking. If there are any problems with your newly purchased print, don't hesitate to contact me.
Returning clothes, cards or photography gift boxes
If you're not satisfied, please fill out the returns form and send back your item/s within 14 days.
To be eligible for a return, your item/s must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The hang-tag should still be attached to the garment.
I do not accept returns more than 14 days after delivery or if items are not in the original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to my error.
Once your return is received, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within five working days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org.
I do not accept exchanges at the moment. Please return your order, which will be refunded, and then place a new order in the online shop.

When returning your item/s, you will be responsible for your own shipping costs.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as I can't guarantee that I will receive your returned item.
